Philippine police file charges against kidnappers of 3 Basilan workers

The Philippine National Police (PNP) filed charges against 28 members of the terrorist group Abu Sayyaf for last week's abduction of two Chinese nationals and a Filipino laborer in Basilan, southern Philippines, according to a spokesman on Tuesday.
